'Occulta and Me' is a monthly Zoom session, and a chance for adults with spina bifida occulta to talk to others about their experience of life with the condition.

"I enjoy coming to the group because I get to connect with others who share the same difficulties as me and it makes me feel less alone in this world. I also get to learn a whole new bunch of things that help me to cope with my disability and make things easier for me. I encourage anyone who’s thinking of attending the sessions to join because I have really learnt a lot about myself and the condition through this group. You will be welcomed with open arms."
