Keeping healthy means individuals and families can spend more time enjoying life. Shine’s Health Development Team have a total of over 40 years of experience - advising on the best options for keeping healthy.

They also know about all the worries, concerns, frustrations and possible problems you might face and will understand what you are dealing with.

Attending NHS clinics, where they help other professionals to focus on the whole person (not just their condition), writing information leaflets on health topics, giving one-to-one advice to individuals, parents, pregnant women, relatives, carers and fellow professionals – are all part of a day’s work in the Health Development Team.

They also share in the celebrations when everything turns out well in the many happy and successful outcomes they help you to achieve.
