This region has two shops - They always need donations of goods and people to give their time to help out.

If you live locally, we will collect donations of goods if you can't bring them to the shop yourself. The shops try to hold events to link in with things that are happening locally and nationally to encourage the local population to use the shops.

Babies born prematurely are at increased risk of developing hydrocephalus.

Para-athletes with spina bifida and hydrocephalus compete in sports ranging from cycling to dressage.

Most babies with spina bifida undergo surgery within 48 hours of birth.

Some babies with spina bifida are now operated on before they are born via keyhole surgery.
