BBC Radio 4 Appeal for Shine
On the 21st October the BBC Radio 4 Appeal will feature Ex-England Footballer, Celebrity MasterChef Finalist, and Shine Patron, Danny Mills.

Danny will be sharing his experience of how he and his wife Lisa lost their son to spina bifida and hydrocephalus, how Shine were there to support Danny and his family, and how a greater awareness of the benefits of folic acid could dramatically reduce the number of affected pregnancies.
This is a significant opportunity for the generation of greater awareness and funds for Shine and the Scottish Spina Bifida Association (SSBA) as they work together through the Go Folic! campaign.
