Meet at the main entrance at 10:30am.
The zoo is open until 5:00pm,
Shine staff will be onsite until 3:00pm.

Adults: £11.99
Children 3-17: £9.99
Infants 0-2: Free
Carer for person who receives DLA/ PIP/ Blue badge/ EHCP: Free
Zoo Membership pass: Free
If you already have a Colchester Zoo membership card which provides free entry for your party, please still click ‘sign up now’ and select the Zoo Pass option, which you will not be charged for. This is to ensure that we know how many numbers to expect.

One carer may be admitted free of charge per person receiving DLA/ PIP/ Blue Badge/ EHCP.

The Zoo’s Group Bookings team has advised not to bring important documents such as award letters on the day in case they get lost. Instead, Shine will provide a summary from the booking information of the number of attending members who qualify for free carer tickets.
