London Marathon 2026

Join #TeamShine at the iconic London Marathon in 2026!

Due to the very high volume of applications we've received we are now not accepting any new ones for our 2026 charity places. 

If you have your own ballot or good for age place though we'd love you to join #TeamShine! Let us know by completing this short form and we'll be in touch!

Take part in this famous marathon in a Shine running vest and join the 56,000 or so runners on the streets of London! You'll be helping us to support members and families affected by spina bifida, hydrocephalus and other related conditions.

Starting from Greenwich you'll run past many of London’s most famous landmarks before finishing on the Mall with Buckingham Palace as a backdrop.

Soak up the amazing atmosphere as you run, with thousands of people along the route cheering you on! 
 
Whether this will be your first marathon, or you’re an experienced runner, we’d love you to run for Shine!

As a member of #TeamShine at the London Marathon you will receive:

• Shine running vest or top
• Access to fundraising resources, tips and advice
• Ongoing support from our dedicated Fundraising Team to help you smash your target
• On the day support from our cheer point on the course
• An invitation to our post-race reception, with showers & free massage available
• Shine thank you pack

Accessibility
