Take on part of the legendary Lyke Wake Walk with an 18-mile hike starting at 10pm on the Friday. Guided by moonlight and headtorches, you’ll trek through rugged moorland and steep hills from Osmotherley to the Lion Inn at Blakey Ridge on the North Yorkshire Moors, arriving on Saturday morning.
Enjoy the experience and challenge of walking through the night, with some amazing scenery, including the Moors covered in great swathes of purple heather, to enjoy in the daylight hours.
This is no walk in the park though, with challenging terrain and a great sense of achievement when you finish!
You'll join other like-minded walkers on this amazing guided trek and be supported by qualified, first aid-trained guides provided by our partner Overlimits.
Please note that you will need to arrange your own transportation back to the start in Osmotherley.
As a bonus, you can take part in a 10-mile training walk in the Yorkshire Dales in April or May for free with Overlimits.
