This popular event starts and finishes in Milan's city centre and will take you past many of the city's famous landmarks.

You’ll start and finish in the Piazza Del Duomo, Milan's 14th century and main piazza (city square), which is dominated by the Duomo, or Milan's Cathedral, and is also home to other important buildings.

There will be a brand new course for 2026, but to see a map of the 2025 click here.

The Milan Marathon is preceded by three days of sports and events, kicking off from Thursday, 9th April until Saturday, 11th April. The Milano Running Festival is a large exhibition hub in which there will be entertainment activities, workshop-clinics, events and product presentations. There'll also be a free family run on the Saturday.
