SBAW - Q&A with our Legal Panel - Adults

Our legal panel are joining us for a live Q&A session for Shine members.

This is an opportunity to ask any legal questions you may have in relation to the care you or your loved one received, the legal support available for you, and how to access it.
 
The session will also cover some of the things that can be included for the future if a claim is successful.  
 
To make the most out of the session and make sure all questions are answered, we would like to encourage participants to highlight the topics they would like to find out more about by emailing us at marketing@shinecharity.org.uk  prior to the session.
 
Some of the topics might include:

• What do I have to prove to bring a claim?
• How will I pay for legal fees?  
• What are the benefits of investigating a claim?
• How long will a claim take?
• I may have a claim, but I still need the NHS. Will making a claim result into me and my child's medical care in the future be affected?
• Will it cost the NHS if I make a clinical negligence claim?
• What additional support will me and my child be able to access through a claim?
