Support groups for Adults

Shine offer a range of support and social groups to our members.

We run regular support and social groups, and information sessions for our adult members. Some, such as Occulta and Me, are condition-specific groups. Others are more social, such as the Shine Social Book Club, or Coffee, Chat and a Quiz or two.

We have a number of private Facebook and WhatsApp groups for our members, where you can meet others, chat and ask for advice informally. For more information get in touch and we'll redirect you the right person.
