Going Yellow at school or nursery is simple, and you can be as creative as you like!

• Ask your students, staff and parents to wear a yellow item of clothing to school
• Plan other yellow activities for the day. Sell lemonade, print our activity sheets or sow sunflower seeds - the opportunities are endless!
• Collect donations either online by creating a JustGiving page or in cash

• To collect donations online, set up a JustGiving page here. It is easy to share with parents by email and all donations are paid directly to Shine.
• We can also send you a fundraising pack through the post. Just get in touch below.
• Share your photo on social media tagging @ShineUKCharity and using #GoYellowForShine.

Willows Story - Why Shine needs your support 

‘Shine was amazing and helped provide much-needed positivity regarding spina bifida and a life a child/adult can have.’

After her unborn baby was diagnosed with both spina bifida and hydrocephalus at her 20 -week scan, Emmy found Shine through a Google search and has been in contact with the charity since.  
‘They were able to breakdown MRI scans and doctors' reports which painted a very bleak picture and without such positivity and better statistics, Willow may not be here today.’ 

Willow is now 5 and loves her chow chows, monster and mayhem. She loves going to the park with her Mummy and Daddy. 

Many of Shine’s services are entirely funded by the generosity of the general public. Any support you can give us this ‘Go Yellow for Shine’ day would be greatly appreciated.
