Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are closed on all public/bank holidays.
If you need help outside our office hours: For health advice, Shine advises you to contact your GP or your local out of hours service, or call NHS Direct on 111. In the event of an emergency, or if you or the person you care for is in immediate risk of harm, we advise you to call 999 or attend your nearest accident and emergency department.
