Shine represent people from all over England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and bring our members together through online communities.
These valuable groups give you the opportunity to make new friends, access peer support and talk to people with shared experiences as and when you need to. As well as communicating with people across your respective country, we also offer groups that will connect you with other Shine members of a similar age.
Below is a full list of groups you can join, but please note that you must be a registered member of Shine before being given access.
