Hours:             Full time (35 hours)

Salary:             £30,000

Start Date:      June 2019 onwards

Duration:        3-year pilot project (with potential to extend)

 

About us

SHINE is the National Charity in England for children and adults with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus. We provide specialist support from before birth and throughout the life of anyone living with the conditions, as well as to parents, families, carers and professional care staff.

Purpose of the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Project Manager with drive, enthusiasm and motivation to: 

  • Implement and manage the ‘Little Stars’ Early Intervention Project (funded by The National Lottery Community Fund) across England.
  • Manage Northern and Southern Project staff and work closely with local, regional and national colleagues to improve the life chances of children, who are 10 years old or under with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, by promoting independence and providing them and their families with early intervention support.

You will have full responsibility for managing the project budget, meeting and measuring project milestones, outcomes and impact key performance indicators.
