The London Marathon is one of the biggest fundraising events of the year, with charities like Shine benefiting hugely from the incredible efforts of our active challengers.

Date: 3rd October 2021 and 2nd October 2022

Charity place registration fee: £100 
Charity place fundraising pledge: £2000 

Ballot/good for age place registration fee: Free
Ballot/good for age place fundraising pledge: As much as you can

When you join Team Shine you will receive:

  • Shine running vest or T shirt
  • Full fundraising pack including sponsorship forms and event posters
  • Ongoing support from our dedicated fundraising team to help you smash your target
  • Regular updates on the impact your efforts are having

Our 2021 charity places are now sold out. Applications are now open for the 2022 race. Please note, we will not be reviewing these applications until closer to race day.

Do you have a ballot place?

If you’re one of the lucky ones to receive a ballot or good for age place, first of all congratulations! Secondly, we would love for you to be a part of #TeamShine! Take on the 26.2 miles in a SHINE running vest and help us support members and families with spina bifida and hydrocephalus.

Accessibility
